摘　　要：中等职业教育是我国教育体系核心架构的重要组成部分,承担着重要的职责和使命。职业教育的发展得益于国家的政策导向与战略决策,《国家职业教育改革实施方案》等文件的出台加快了中等职业学校教师队伍建设的步伐。基于此,本文调查分析当前中等职业学校汽车专业“双师型”教师的实际情况,并据此提出具体的改进策略,以推动中等职业教育向着更高水平发展。Secondary vocational education is an important component of the core architecture of China's educa-tion system,bearing significant responsibilities and missions.The development of vocational education benefits from the policy guidance and strategic decisions of the country.The introduction of documents such as the"Implementation Plan for National Vocational Education Reform"has accelerated the pace of building the teach-ing staff in secondary vocational schools.Based on this,this article investigates and analyzes the actual situa-tion of"double-position"teachers in the automotive major of secondary vocational schools,and proposes spe-cific improvement strategies to promote the development of secondary vocational education towards a higher level.
