摘　　要：随着新质生产力的快速发展,汽车产业处于转型升级的关键时期,对高职院校汽车工业专业教师实践能力提出了更高要求。本文分析了高职院校汽车工业专业教师实践能力提升的必要性,从思想观念转变、培训机制完善、体制机制改革、产学研深度融合和青年教师重点培养等方面提出了具体的提升途径,推动高职院校汽车工业专业教师实践能力的提升,以更好地适应新质生产力的发展需求,培养高素质高水平的应用型人才。With the rapid development of new quality productive forces,the automobile industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,which puts forward higher requirements for the practical ability of teachers in the automobile industry in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the necessity of improv-ing the practical ability of teachers in the automobile industry in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward specific ways to improve the practical ability of teachers in the automobile industry in higher vocational col-leges from the aspects of ideological change,training mechanism improvement,institutional reform,deep inte-gration of industry,university and research,and key training of young teachers,so as to promote the improve-ment of the practical ability of teachers in the automobile industry in higher vocational colleges,so as to better meet the development needs of new quality productive forces and cultivate high-quality and high-level app-lication-oriented talents.
