摘  要:公立医院“一院多区”背景下,护理岗位管理需注重系统性、前瞻性与创新性。某院结合“一院多区”发展战略与护理学科发展需求,构建了护理岗位设置方案和护理人力资源动态调配机制,实现了护理岗位标准化设置、护理人力前瞻性测算、护理岗位分类别培训、护理绩效过渡性考核,以及全院、系统、科室层面的护理人力资源动态调配,以适应多院区同质化、高质量发展。Under the background of the rapid development of"one hospital and multi-campus"in public hospitals,nursing post management needs to focus on systematic,forward-looking and innovative.Combined with the development strategy of"one hospital and multi-campus"and the development needs of nursing discipline,a hospital constructed a nursing post setting scheme and a dynamic allocation path of nursing human resources,which realized the standardized setting of nursing posts,forward-looking measurement of nursing manpower,training of nursing post classification,transitional assessment of nursing performance,and dynamic allocation of nursing manpower at the level of nursing department,system and department,so as to adapt to the homogenization and high-quality development of multi-campus.
