摘  要:基于工程教育认证背景,探讨“食品工厂设计与环境保护”课程理论与实践相融合的教学改革。在分析该课程的教学现状和存在问题的基础上,对树立理论与实践相融合的教学理念、加强实践教学改进课程结构、加深校企合作、探索多元化的教学方式、建设“双师型”的教师队伍、完善课程考评体系等方面进行可持续性改革探索,从而提高食品科学与工程专业本科生的工程应用能力。Based on the background of engineering education certification,the teaching reform of combining theory and practice of Food Factory Design and Environmental Protection was discussed.According to the analysis of the current teaching situation and existing problems of this course in our school,the sustainable reform was explored in such aspects as establishing the teaching concept of integrating theory and practice,strengthening practical teaching to improve the curriculum structure,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,exploring diversified teaching methods,building a"double-qualified"teacher team,and improving the curriculum evaluation system.Thus,the engineering application of undergraduate students in food science and engineering was further improved.
