摘 要:为了实现防撞梁轻量化,降低能耗,同时提高防撞梁的安全系数,对现有铝合金防撞梁材料进行分析,提出一种应用高比强度材料的防撞梁设计方案。通过断面结构优化和有限元分析对比,论述了新材料防撞梁和现有铝合金防撞梁在受相同外力作用时的应力、应变、位移和安全系数。结果表明:新材料防撞梁相比现有铝合金防撞梁,质量降低32.7%,安全系数提高0.7。新材料防撞梁已进入中试阶段,此新材料的应用对于推动汽车行业朝着轻量化、节能、环保发展具有一定价值。In order to realize the light-mass,reduce the energy consumption and improve the factor of safety of the crash beam,a kind of crash beam design scheme with high specific strength material is proposed by analyzing the existing aluminum alloy crash beam materials.The stresses,strains,displacements and factor of safety of new material crash beam and existing aluminum alloy crash beam subjected to the same external forces are discussed through section structure optimization and finite element analysis.The results show that,compared to existing aluminum alloy crash beam,the new material crash beam reduces weight by 32.7%and increases safety factor by 0.7.The new material crash beam has entered pilotscale experiment phase,and the application of this new material has certain value in promoting automobile industry towards light-mass,energy-saving and environmental protection development.
