摘　　要：研究探讨苏打水对非甾体抗炎药致大鼠胃黏膜损伤的改善作用。采用病理切片H&E染色、酶联免疫(ELISA)法、免疫组化、蛋白免疫印迹等方法研究饮用苏打水14 d对非甾体抗炎药致胃黏膜损伤大鼠的影响。结果显示:与空白对照组(Control)相比,样品1和2显著提高大鼠饮水量,而体质量增长速率和摄食量无明显变化;与胃黏膜损伤组(Model)相比,样品1和2明显改善大鼠胃排空率、小肠推进率、胃组织病变,降低胃蛋白酶活力和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平,上调前列腺素E2(PGE2)、黏蛋白MUC5AC、胃黏膜屏障蛋白(ZO-1、E-Cadherin)表达。综上,苏打水能在不影响大鼠基础代谢的情况下缓解非甾体抗炎药诱导的胃黏膜损伤。This study aimed to investigate the improvement effect of soda water on gastric mucosal damage caused by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent drugs in rats.H&E staining of pathological sections,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),immunohistochemistry and western blotting were used to study the effect of drinking soda water for 14 days on rats with gastric mucosal injury caused by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.The results showed that compared with the control group(Control),sample 1 and 2 significantly increased the water intake of rats,while there was no significant change in weight gain and food intake.Compared with the gastric mucosal injury group(Model),sample 1 and 2 significantly improved the gastric emptying rate,small intestinal propulsion rate,and the gastric histopathological changes,reduced the pepsin activity and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels,and up-regulated the expression of prostaglandin E2(PGE2),mucin MUC5AC,and gastric mucosal barrier proteins(ZO-1 and E-Cadherin).In summary,soda water can alleviate nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug-induced gastric mucosal injury without affecting basal metabolism in rats.
