摘  要:在人工智能(AI)快速发展的背景下,食品专业大学生的“专业写作”课程教学面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。此研究结合大数据发展大环境和食品专业特点,深入分析了当前“专业写作”课程中存在的问题,包括学生对课程认知和重视不足、教材与专业契合度不够、对AI科研辅助工具使用指导缺失以及信息素质教育薄弱等。基于对AI科研的深入思考,提出了一系列针对性的教学改革措施。通过提高课程重视度、更新课程内容以融入AI技术、改革教学模式和方法、创新考核评估体系等,提升课程的教学质量与效果,旨在培养学生的科研创新能力、学术写作技能、信息素养和学术诚信意识。这一改革不仅契合了智能AI技术发展的趋势,也满足了食品专业大学生的专业发展需求,助力于培养适应未来科技进步的创新型人才。The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence(AI)presents unprecedented challenges and opportunities for the“Professional Writing”course in food science education.This study critically analyzes the current issues within this course,considering the broader context of big data development and the specific characteristics of the food science discipline.Identified problems include students'lack of awareness and undervaluation of the course,misalignment between textbook content and disciplinary needs,insufficient guidance on utilizing AI-supported research tools,and inadequate information literacy education.To address these challenges,we propose a series of targeted teaching reforms:enhancing the perceived importance of the course,integrating AI technologies into the curriculum,reforming teaching models and methodologies,and innovating assessment and evaluation systems to improve teaching quality and effectiveness.The goal is to cultivate students'research innovation capabilities,academic writing proficiency,information literacy,and academic integrity awareness.These reforms not only align with the evolving landscape of AI technology but also meet the professional development needs of food science students,thereby fostering innovative talents capable of adapting to future technological advancements.
