摘　　要：文章总结了近年来食用油中酞酸酯检测的样品前处理方法研究进展,重点介绍了一些新材料、新技术在食用油中酞酸酯的富集、净化方面的应用,旨在为研究食用油中酞酸酯类物质检测的快速高效样品前处理技术提供参考。This paper summarizes the research progress of sample pretreatment methods for the detection of phthalate esters(PAEs)in edible oil in recent years,and focuses on the application of some new materials and technologies in the enrichment and purification of PAEs in edible oil,in order to provide reference for the research of rapid and efficient sample pretreatment technology for the detection of PAEs in edible oil.
