摘  要:采用不同前处理方法测定茶叶中的氟含量。选用一种陕西泾阳茯茶,通过超声波萃取、纤维陶瓷电阻炉灰化、沸水等前处理提取,采用离子色谱-电导检测器检测氟含量的大小。结果表明:标准溶液线性范围0.1,0.2,0.5,1,2,5,10,20和30 mg/L,相关系数0.99938,加标含量100,200和300 mg/kg,回收率92.51%~106.12%,重复性1.28%~5.62%。从样品含量测定结果看:沸水+涡旋>超声+涡旋>灰化>沸水>超声。从样品加标平均回收率看:沸水>沸水+涡旋>超声+涡旋>超声>灰化,但灰化提取重现性不高。综合考虑,沸水提取的前处理方法较为简便,回收率也符合要求,且重复率也较为良好,符合日常检测要求。Determine the fluoride content of tea by different pretreatment methods.A kind of Shaanxi Jingyang Fu tea was selected,and the fluorine content was detected by ultrasonic extraction,fiber ceramic resistance furnace ashing,boiling water and other pretreatment extraction,and ion chromatography-conductivity detector was detected.Linear range of standard solutions was 0.1,0.2,0.5,1,2,5,10,20 and 30 mg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.99938,the spike content was 100,200 and 300 mg/kg,the recovery rate was 92.51%-106.12%,and the repeatability was 1.28%-5.62%.The results of sample content determination were boiling water+vortex>ultrasonic+vortex>ashing>boiling water>ultrasonic.The average recovery rate of sample spiking was boiling water>boiling water+vortex>ultrageneration+vortex>ultrasonic>ashing,but the reproducibility of ash extraction was not high.Considering comprehensively,the pretreatment method of boiling water extraction was relatively simple,the recovery rate also met the requirements,and the repetition rate was also relatively good,which met the requirements of daily testing.
