摘  要:分析2021—2023年全国食品安全监督抽检结果,了解食品安全情况。汇总2021—2023年总局监督抽检数据通告,在年度总体情况、食品类别、不合格项目等方面归类分析。2021—2023年全国共完成食品安全监督抽检20515215批次,发现不合格样品565812批次,总不合格率为2.76%。抽检数量排前三位的是食用农产品、餐饮食品、粮食加工品;抽检不合格率排前三位的是餐饮食品、食用农产品、蔬菜制品。只有餐饮具的不合格率逐年升高;主要不合格项目为食品添加剂、微生物、农兽药残留和质量指标。近三年抽检总量和食品安全总体状况平稳。对不合格率较高的食品类别加强监督和管理,同时从源头治理,增加对生产者的培训和指导,提高食品安全意识。Analyze the sampling results of national food safety supervision from 2021—2023 to understand the situation food safety situation.Summarize the data circular of supervision and sampling inspection of the General Administration of China from 2021—2023,classify and analyze the overall situation of the year,food categories,unqualified items.From 2021to 2023,a total of 20515215 batches of food safety supervision were completed in China,and 565812 batches of unqualified samples were found,with a total failure rate of 2.76%.The top three in the quantity of sampling inspection were edible agricultural products,catering food and processed food.The top three unqualified sampling rates were catering food,edible agricultural products and vegetable products.Only the unqualified rate of tableware increased year by year.The main nonconforming items were food additives,microorganisms,residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs and quality indicators.In the past three years,the total amount of sampling and food safety were stable.Strengthen supervision and management of food categories with a high rate of nonconformity,and at the same time treat them from the source,increase training and guidance for producers,and raise awareness of food safety.
