职业本科建筑技术专业高层次技术技能人才数字化培养路径研究

摘  要:数字技术在建筑业领域的深化与应用,极大地促进了建筑业规模和建造能力的增强,社会对建筑类人才的需求也在大幅递增。新一代数字技术在教育领域中的应用不仅推动了人才培养模式的革新,也为人才的数字化培养提供了强大动力。然而,通过对我国6所职业本科院校的数字化培养进行深入分析,发现几个关键问题亟待解决:在线课程资源尚不完善;实训基地建设需要进一步加强;教师的数字化教学素养有待提升。以上问题已成为职业本科建筑类人才培养中必须克服的挑战。为提升职业本科建筑技术专业高层次技术技能人才培养质量,文章将从提供多样化可选择的课程资源、加强教师的数字化教学能力、加强虚拟仿真实训基地的建设等方面,培养出更适应新时代的建筑技术专业人才。The deepening and application of digital technology in the field of construction industry has greatly promoted the enhancement of the scale and construction capacity of the construction industry,and the demand for construction talents in the society is also increasing significantly.The application of the new generation of digital technology in the field of education not only promotes the innovation of talent training mode,but also provides a strong impetus for the digital training of talents.However,through an in-depth analysis of the digital training of six vocational undergraduate colleges in China,it is found that several key problems need to be solved urgently:the online course resources are not perfect,the construction of training bases needs to be further strengthened,and the digital teaching literacy of teachers needs to be improved.In order to improve the quality of training high-level technical skills in vocational undergraduate architectural technology majors,this paper will provide diversified and optional curriculum resources,strengthen teachers'digital teaching capabilities,and strengthen the construction of virtual simulation training bases,so as to cultivate architectural technology professionals who are more suitable for the new era.
