摘 要:青少年篮球运动员的体能训练是提升其竞技水平及预防运动伤害的核心环节。然而,当前众多训练方法和理念存在滞后性,科学依据不足,难以契合现代篮球运动对运动员体能的高标准需求。通过分析青少年篮球运动员专项体能训练的重要性及其现状,该研究探讨了体能训练中存在的问题,如训练负荷安排不合理、缺乏有效的监控与评估机制等。针对上述问题,提出了以下优化路径:合理优化训练负荷与周期安排、构建科学的监控与评估体系、提升教练团队的专业化水平等,以期提高青少年篮球运动员的体能训练质量,确保其长期发展与健康成长。The physical training of young basketball players is the core link in enhancing their competitive performance and preventing sports injuries.However,many current training methods and concepts are outdated and lack scientific basis,making it difficult to meet the high standard demands of modern basketball for athletes'physical fitness.By analyzing the importance and current state of specialized physical training for young basketball players,this paper explores the problems that exist in physical training,such as unreasonable training load management,lack of effective monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.In response to the above problems,the following optimization paths have been proposed:reasonably optimize training load and cycle arrangements,build scientific monitoring and evaluation systems,and improve the professional development of coaching staff,aiming to enhance the quality of physical training of young basketball players and ensure the long-term development and healthy growth.
