体教融合视域下青少年篮球训练策略的创新与实践

摘　　要：在体教融合的背景下,青少年篮球训练面临着诸多挑战与机遇。当前,青少年篮球训练存在赛事体系不完善、教练员专业化水平有待提升等问题。该文旨在探索创新策略,以提升青少年篮球训练水平,促进体教融合的深度发展。具体而言,通过优化赛事体系、构建完善的教练员培训体系等措施,为青少年篮球事业的发展注入新活力,同时也为其他体育项目的发展提供有益借鉴。未来,应持续优化赛事体系、深化并拓展教练员培训体系、充分挖掘大数据技术的潜力,以期培养更多优秀的篮球人才。Under the background of sports and education integration,youth basketball training faces many challenges and opportunities.At present,youth basketball training has problems such as incomplete competition system and the need to improve the professional level of coaches.This research aims to explore innovative strategies to improve the level of youth basketball training and promote the in-depth development of the integration of sports and education.Specifically,through strategies such as optimizing the competition system and building a comprehensive coach training system can inject new vitality into the development of youth basketball,while also providing useful references for the development of other sports.In the future,we should continuously optimize the event system,deepen and expand the coach training system,and fully tap the potential of big data technology to cultivate more excellent basketball talents.
