摘 要:高职教育的“课堂革命”源于“三教”改革的任务要求。当前,高职教育课堂存在生搬硬套的教材生态、功利导向的教师生态、粗放低效的课堂生态等问题,亟须通过“课堂革命”得到有效解决。高职院校推进“课堂革命”须从教育理念、教学模式和教学设计方面着手,破旧立新,开发新型的课程资源呈现形式、构建新型的教学评价机制,激发学校、教师和学生的活力。本研究以学徒班定制化的课程《设备的作业与维护》为例,详细阐述课程整体设计、教学实施、成效、特色与创新等几个方面,旨在推动职业教育教学革命,提升人才培养质量。The“classroom revolution”in higher vocational education stems from the task requirements of the“three education”reform.At present,there are problems in the classroom of vocational education,such as a rigid textbook ecology,a utilitarian oriented teacher ecology,and a crude and inefficient classroom ecology,which urgently need to be effectively solved through a“classroom revolution”.To promote the“classroom revolution”in higher vocational colleges,we must start from the aspects of educational philosophy,teaching mode,and teaching design,break through the old and establish the new,develop new forms of curriculum resource presentation,construct new teaching evaluation mechanisms,and stimulate the vitality of schools,teachers,and students.This study takes the customized course“Equipment Operation and Maintenance”for apprenticeship classes as an example,and elaborates on several aspects such as overall course design,teaching implementation,effectiveness,characteristics,and innovation,aiming to promote the revolution of vocational education teaching and improve the quality of talent training.
