试论袁运甫的公共艺术的协商性

摘　　要：随着改革开放带来的文化交流,公共艺术走向日常。城市的多元化带动了公共艺术的多元化、公共艺术也迎来了多方面的变革与发展,民众的主体性凸显出来,艺术家以交流协商的方式探讨社会议题和开展艺术创作。本文通过袁运甫公共艺术的多项学术成果和实践的个案阐释,从环境艺术、地方城市建设和艺术发展三个层面,讨论公共艺术的协商性,论述公共艺术在新的社会场景中不断重构其概念和领域,从而适应多类型的主题场景,以此完成对艺术自身的协商式发展。With the cultural exchange brought about by the reform and opening up,public art has become a part of daily life.The diversification of cities has driven the same of public art,which has also undergone various changes and developments.The subjectivity of the public has become prominent,and artists explore social issues and engage in artistic creation through communication and negotiation.This article elaborates on the negotiability of public art from the perspectives of environmental art,local urban construction,and art development through multiple academic achievements and practical cases of Yuan Yunfu's works.It discusses the continuous reconstruction of the concept and the site of public art in new social scenarios,in order to adapt to various types of thematic scenes and achieve the negotiability development of art itself.
