摘 要:济南—滨州高速铁路是强化鲁北地区对外互联互通的重要线路工程。由于该铁路上跨机场高速公路,需在直线、缓和曲线及R=1400m圆曲线上设置一联200m跨度的桥梁,桥梁受力情况较为复杂。通过对比矮塔斜拉桥与连续梁加拱组合结构2个方案,发现前者施工方便、梁部受力性能好、经济性优,更适合于桥梁建设条件。采用有限元空间模型分析平面曲线对桥梁结构影响,发现平面曲线对结构的弯矩、剪力、竖向位移、斜拉索索力影响不大,对其扭矩、横向位移、支反力影响较大;设置支座横向预偏心可以削减曲线梁扭矩的峰值,降低内外侧支反力的不均匀性,减小梁部传到下部结构的弯矩,可作为节约工程材料、降低工程造价的有效措施。全桥纵向结构计算结果表明,桥梁设计方案对应的各项指标满足高速铁路桥梁施工及运营阶段要求。The Jinan-Binzhou HSR is a significant railway project aimed at enhancing the external connectivity of northern Shandong.As the railway crosses the airport expressway,a bridge with a span of 200 m is required on a straight line,a transition curve,and a circular curve with a radius of 1400 m,resulting in complex load conditions for the bridge.A comparison between two design schemes—a low-pylon cable-stayed bridge and a composite structure composed of continuous beam and arch—reveals that the low-pylon cable-stayed bridge is more suitable for the construction conditions of this project due to its convenient construction process,favorable load-bearing performance of the beam,and excellent economic efficiency.Furthermore,an analysis of the influence of the horizontal curve on the bridge structure,conducted using a finite element spatial model,indicates that while the horizontal curve has a minimal impact on bending moment,shear force,vertical displacement,and stay cable force,it significantly affects the torsional moment,lateral displacement,and support reactions.The integration of lateral pre-eccentricity in bearings can effectively reduce the peak torsional moment of the curved beam,minimize the unevenness of inner and outer support reactions,and alleviate the bending moment transmitted from the beam to the substructure.This approach serves as an effective measure to conserve engineering materials and lower project costs.Finally,the calculation results for the longitudinal structure of the entire bridge indicate that all indices associated with the design scheme meet the requirements of both the construction and operation stages of this HSR bridge.
