摘 要:我国临床药学专业基础化学课程建设起步较晚,课程内容缺少思政元素且与临床实践脱节,无法满足培养新时代临床药师的社会需求。根据临床药学专业的培养目标和学生兴趣,开创性设计“三步案例教学法”,创建知识点模块,优化考核评价体系,构建具有临床药学特色的基础化学教学模式。同时赋予教学内容思政内涵,以知识点模块作为思政内容载体,从科学家事迹和中华传统文化中提炼思政元素,融入理论教学和临床实践中,探讨理论与实践辩证统一的哲学思想。激发学生临床用药服务的责任感,培养学生职业道德和社会责任。该教学模式真正实现了理论知识、临床实践与立德树人的有机统一,是培养“精药懂医”临床药学人才的一种有益尝试。The basic chemistry curriculum for clinical pharmacy in China was initiated late,and the content of the curriculum lacks ideological and political elements,is out of touch with clinical practice,and fails to meet the social needs of training clinical pharmacists in the new era.According to the cultivation objectives of clinical pharmacy and students'interests,we have pioneered the design of the“three-step case teaching method”,created knowledge modules,optimized the assessment and evaluation system,and constructed a basic chemistry teaching mode with clinical pharmacy characteristics.At the same time,the teaching content is endowed with ideology and political content,the knowledge module is used as the carrier of ideology and political content,the ideology and political elements are extracted from the deeds of scientists and traditional Chinese culture,and are integrated into theoretical teaching and clinical practice to explore the philosophical idea of dialectical unity of theory and practice.To motivate students to take responsibility for clinical medication services and to develop professional ethics and social responsibility.This teaching mode truly realizes the organic unity of theoretical knowledge,clinical practice and moral education,and is a useful attempt to cultivate clinical pharmacy talents who are“Proficiency in drugs and understanding of medicine”.
