摘  要:探讨目标导向理念深度融合《临床技能学》课程思政教学的应用成效。传统《临床技能学》课程教学存在思政教育欠缺,教学方式创新不足的缺点。目标导向理念强调学生在教育过程中的主体地位,重视学生课程学习的参与度。教师将思想政治教育融入《临床技能学》课程教学,能够优化专业课程教育总体规划,提高学生专业兴趣与能力,实现知识传授与价值引领的有机统一。实践表明,基于目标导向理念的《临床技能学》课程思政教学改革成效显著,不仅优化了教学内容与方法,还有效促进了学生综合素质的提升,对于培养具有创新思维和实践能力的医学人才起到了积极的推动作用。To explore the application of outcome based education concept in Clinical Skills curriculum into ideological and political teaching practice.At present,the traditional teaching of Clinical Skills curriculum has shortcomings in ideological and political education and insufficient innovation in teaching methods.The goal-oriented teaching philosophy emphasizes the central role of students in the educational process and values their participation in course learning.Teachers'integration of ideological and political education into the teaching of Clinical Skills curriculum can optimize the overall planning of professional curriculum education,enhance students'professional interests and abilities,and achieve the organic unity of knowledge impartment and value guidance.The practice shows that the ideological and political teaching reform of Clinical Skills curriculum based on the goal-oriented concept has achieved remarkable results,which not only optimizes the teaching content and methods,but also effectively promotes the improvement of students'comprehensive quality,and plays a positive role in promoting the training of medical talents with innovative thinking and practical ability.
