基于雨课堂平台的翻转课堂在药物化学实验中的探索

摘　　要：药物化学实验是药学专业的必修课,也是药物化学的重要组成部分。它是药物化学教学过程中理论联系实际,培养学生实践能力,科研能力,提高学生综合素质的重要环节。传统的药物化学实验教学模式单一,内容单调,多以“灌输式”教育为主;师生互动受限,学生积极性欠佳;考核方式单一,以考勤和实验报告为主的问题,已不能胜任培养优秀药学专业人才的使命。文章以药物化学实验“肉桂酸的制备”为例,探索基于雨课堂平台的翻转课堂的应用,通过改进教学方法,优化教学内容,建立合理的考核体系等一系列教学改革措施,旨在提升学生对药物化学实验的学习兴趣、增强学生实验操作能力、提高教学质量,为其他药学专业实验课程的改革提供参考。The experiment of medicinal chemistry is a compulsory course for pharmaceutical majors and an important component of medicinal chemistry.It is an important link in the process of integrating theory with practice in medicinal chemistry teaching,cultivating students'practical and scientific research abilities,and improving their comprehensive quality.The traditional teaching mode of medicinal chemistry experiment is single,the content is monotonous,and most of them are"infusion"education.The interaction between teachers and students is limited,and the enthusiasm of students is not good.The single assessment method and the problems of attendance and experiment report are not qualified for the mission of cultivating excellent pharmaceutical professionals.This article takes the medicinal chemistry experiment"preparation of cinnamic acid"as an example to explore the application of flipped classroom based on rain classroom platform.Through improving teaching methods,optimizing teaching content,and establishing a reasonable assessment system,a series of teaching reform measures are aimed at enhancing students'interest in learning medicinal chemistry experiments,enhancing their experimental operation abilities,and improving teaching quality,providing reference for the reform of experimental courses in other pharmaceutical majors.
