思政教育融入超声医学基地住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨将思政教育融入超声医学基地住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)的实践效果。方法选择2021年5月—2023年5月于大连大学附属中山医院超声医学基地住培医师50名为研究对象,在培训教学工作中融合思政教育,包括课程目标设计、教师师资要求、思政教学策略和模式等。对比培训前后住培医师的人文关怀能力(caring ability inventory,CAI)评分与批判性思维倾向表(critical thinking disposition inventory-chinese version,CTDI-CV)评分变化。培训后,应用自制调查问卷评估教学效果。结果在思政教学效果评价方面,人文关怀理念提高、医患沟通技巧提高、思想整治素养提升、责任担当感提高、职业认同感提高、道德素养增强、人生及价值观提高、法律意识增强的非常满意率均≥70%,非常满意加满意占比均超过90%,各项内容均无不满意的情况。培训后,超声医学基地住培医师在认知维度、勇气维度及耐心维度的得分较培训前[(70.22±4.36)分vs.(56.25±5.16)分、(66.86±4.86)分vs.(52.25±5.31)分、(73.45±5.17)分vs.(58.21±5.54)分]有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。培训后,CTDI量表评价各个维度得分也较培训前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论基于立德树人的背景,在超声医学基地住培工作中融合思政教育,可以提高住培医师的职业道德素养,同时提高住培医师人文关怀能力及批判性思维能力。Objective To explore the practical effect of integrating ideological and political education into standardized training of resident physicians in ultrasound medical base.Methods A total of 50 physicians who received standardized training for residents in ultrasound medical base of Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University from May 2021 to May 2023(referred to as“resident training”)were selected as research subjects.Ideological and political education was integrated into the training and teaching work,including course objective design,teacher requirements,ideological and political teaching strategies and models.The changes of caring ability inventory(CAI)score and critical thinking disposition inventory-chinese version(CTDI-CV)score before and after training were compared.After the training,self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results In the evaluation of ideological and political teaching effect,the very satisfaction rate of the improvement of humanistic care concept,the improvement of doctor-patient communication skills,the improvement of ideological regulation quality,the improvement of sense of responsibility,the improvement of professional identity,the enhancement of moral quality,the improvement of life and values,and the enhancement of legal awareness were all≥70%,and the proportion of very satisfaction and satisfaction was more than 90%.All contents were satisfied.After the training,the scores of cognitive dimension,courage dimension and patience dimension of resident doctors in ultrasound medical base were higher than those before training[(70.22±4.36)points vs.(56.25±5.16)points,(66.86±4.86)points vs.(52.25±5.31)points,(73.45±5.17)points vs.(58.21±5.54)points]were increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After training,the scores of all dimensions of CTDI-CV scale evaluation were also higher than those before training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Based on the background of cultivating t
