学科与专业的复杂关系、核心使命与管理改革——基于《学位法》及相关政策文本的分析

摘  要:学科与专业之间的关系比较复杂,它们在不同语境中有不同的含义,在使用时应明确其定义和指向。加快学科与专业发展,应聚焦人才培养这一中心任务,把握学科与专业发展的逻辑,加强学术学位研究生、专业学位研究生与本科生的培养。应进一步调整研究生教育学科专业目录与本科专业目录,推进学科治理与专业治理现代化,完善学科制度和专业制度建设,为高等教育高质量发展和教育强国建设作贡献。The relationship between discipline and major is complicated.They have different meanings in different contexts,and their definitions and directions should be clear when used.In order to speed up discipline development and major development,it should focus the training of talents,grasp the logic of discipline and major development,and enhance academic degree graduate,professional degree graduate and undergraduate education.It is recommended to further adjust graduate discipline and major catalog and undergraduate catalog,promote modernization of discipline governance and major governance,and improve the institution building of disciplinary and profession,so as to make contribution to high-quality development of higher education and the construction of a leading country in higher education.
