摘  要:全国职业院校技能大赛基本覆盖各行业典型工作岗位,能够充分体现各产业对技术技能型人才的职业需求,这为高职院校专业课程建设提供了参考依据。深入剖析职业院校技能大赛当前发展态势,紧密联系动漫制作技术专业教学面临的实际困境,聚焦大赛高职组动漫制作领域的核心竞赛项目——数字艺术设计赛项开展探究。从课程体系构建、教学内容重构、教学方式与评价体系创新、课程资源建设五个维度,系统性地提出高职动漫制作技术专业课程的构建策略。旨在通过技能竞赛项目研究反哺课程建设理论与实践,推进人才培养更加紧密契合市场发展与岗位实际需求,以期为其他专业教学改革提供新思路。The National Vocational College Skills Competition basically covers typical job positions in various industries,which can fully reflect the vocational needs of various industries for technical and skilled talents.This provides a reference basis for the construction of professional courses in vocational colleges.This paper thoroughly analyzes the current development trend of vocational college skills competitions,closely connects with the practical difficulties faced by animation production technology teaching,and focuses on exploring the core competition project in the field of animation production in the vocational group of the competition-digital art design competition.It also systematically proposes construction strategies for vocational animation production technology courses from five dimensions:curriculum system construction,teaching content reconstruction,innovative teaching methods and evaluation systems,and curriculum resource construction.The aim is to use skills competition projects to research the theory and practice of curriculum construction,promote talent cultivation that is more closely aligned with market development and actual job needs,and provide new ideas for teaching reform in other majors.
