教育数字化背景下民办高校青年教师成长中的现实问题与实践路径

摘　　要：随着教育数字化的快速发展,高校传统教学面临着前所未有的挑战与发展机遇。民办高校青年教师成长与职业发展既是推进中国高等教育教学改革的重要途径,也是构建高等教育师资提升的必由之路。依托社会变迁与教育数字化变革、产业转型与人才需求变化、技术创新与育人方式革新等多重背景,审视教育数字化形势下高校青年教师成长面临的现实问题,提出民办高校青年教师成长与职业发展的实践路径:以高校专家教学指导为引领,推动青年教师数字化辅助提升课堂教学质量;以校企合作企业资源为赋能,提升青年教师科研水平和科技创新能力。Amidst the swift advancement of digital education,traditional university teaching is confronted with both unprecedented challenges and developmental opportunities.The development and career progression of young faculty in private colleges and universities is pivotal not only for propelling the transformation of higher education teaching in China but also for elevating the caliber of the higher education workforce.Against a backdrop of societal shifts,educational digitization,industrial evolution,and the concomitant changes in talent demands,as well as technological breakthroughs and pedagogical innovation,this paper delves into the practical issues encountered by young university teachers amidst the backdrop of educational digitization.It outlines a pragmatic trajectory for their growth and professional development in private colleges and universities:under the mentorship of seasoned university educators,we advocate for the digital enhancement of young teachers to bolster the quality of classroom instruction;and through the leverage of school-enterprise collaborative resources,we aim to elevate the research acumen and technological innovation capabilities of young faculty.
