摘 要:目的通过构建医院学科评估体系和加强学科评估信息化建设,促进医院学科建设和高质量发展。方法从多个维度构建院内学科评估指标体系,并通过学科评估智能化分析系统取代人工计算,实现医院不同学科综合实力的智能化分析与评估。结果通过学科评估排名和指标明细结果分析,能够更加客观、真实地展现各学科的整体水平及存在的差距,促进学科之间良性竞争,显著提高了医院学科建设整体水平。结论学科评估是医院加强学科建设的一种评价激励机制,建立科学的学科评估体系和有效的评估方法将有力推动医院学科稳定及可持续高质量发展。Objective By establishing a scientific discipline evaluation system and strengthening the informationization construction of discipline evaluation,high-quality development of hospital disciplines is assisted.Methods Construct an internal discipline evaluation index system from multiple dimensions,and replace traditional manual calculation methods with an intelligent analysis system for discipline evaluation,to achieve intelligent analysis and evaluation of the comprehensive strength of different disciplines in hospitals.Results Through the analysis of subject evaluation rankings and indicator details,the overall level and existing gaps of each discipline can be more objectively and truthfully presented,promoting healthy competition between disciplines and significantly improving the overall level of hospital discipline construction.Conclusion Discipline evaluation is an evaluation and incentive mechanism for hospitals to strengthen discipline construction.Establishing a reasonable discipline evaluation system and effective evaluation methods will effectively promote the stable,sustainable,and high-quality development of hospital disciplines.
