摘 要:生态公民是建设生态文明的主体基础,也是确保生态文明社会体系得以建立并正常运转的重要前提。培养生态公民对于推动生态文明建设进程、应对生态环境危机以及弥补现代教育生态缺位问题具有重要意义。自19世纪以来,生态公民身份内涵不断扩展,具体表现为公民身份从“人与国家”的传统公民转向“人与自然”的世界公民,活动领域由“公共领域”范畴拓展到对“私人领域”的渗透关注,重视生态美德的培育与对自然非契约式的义务自觉性等特征。由此,生态公民教育应以家庭教育实践促进私人领域的生态责任渗透,以人类命运共同体理念培养学生的生态公民价值观认同,注重生态美德的培养与非契约式义务的自觉践行为未来发展路向。Ecological citizenship is the main foundation for building an ecological civilization and an important prerequisite for the establishment and normal operation of an ecologically civilized social system.Cultivating ecological citizenship is of great significance in promoting the process of building an ecological civilization,coping with the ecological and environmental crises,and making up for the ecological deficiencies in modern education.Since the 19th century,the connotation of ecological citizenship has been expanding,which is specifically manifested in the shift of citizenship from the traditional citizenship of“man and the state”to the world citizenship of“man and nature”,and the expansion of the field of activity from the“public sphere”to the“public domain”category,as well as the expansion of the“public domain”category to the“public domain”category.The expansion of the field of activity from the“public sphere”to the penetration of the“private sphere”is characterized by the emphasis on the cultivation of ecological virtues and the conscientiousness of non-contractual obligations to nature.In this regard,ecological citizenship education should promote the penetration of ecological responsibility in the private sphere through family education practices,cultivate students’recognition of ecological citizenship values based on the concept of the community of human destiny,and emphasize the cultivation of ecological virtues and the conscious practice of non-contractual obligations as the future development direction.
