摘  要:促进新质生产力发展是新时代职业教育应该承担的历史使命,也是职业教育高质量发展的现实需要,具有历史逻辑、理论逻辑、实践逻辑上的必然性。新技术、新产业、新业态是理解新质生产力的三重维度,职业教育以应用性技术突破的创新机制、高技能人才培养的增产机制、产教深度对接的保障机制赋能新质生产力。基于此,职业教育应从技术创新、人才培养、产教融合路向入手,发挥技术创新支持力、强化高技能人才竞争力、增强职业教育适应力,积极回应新质生产力对高技能人才和技术创新的需求。Promoting the development of new quality productive forces is the historical mission that vocational education should undertake in the new era,and it is also the realistic need of high-quality development of vocational education,which has the inevitability of historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic.New technologies,new economies,and new forms of business are the three dimensions to understand the new quality productive forces,and vocational education promotes the formation of new quality productive forces with the innovation mechanism of applied technological breakthroughs,the production increase mechanism of skilled talent training,and the guarantee mechanism of in-depth connection between industry and education.Based on this,it is suggested that vocational education should start from the direction of technological innovation,talent training,and deepening of industry and education,give full play to the support of technological innovation,strengthen the competitiveness of skilled talents,and enhance the adaptability of vocational education,so as to actively respond to the demand of new quality productive forces for highly skilled personnel and technological innovation.
