摘  要:为解决医学院校本科科研教学资源利用率低,本科生缺乏系统学习,对科研的认识不足,对基本原理、核心理论、实验技能掌握差,虽有科研兴趣但盲目进行科研训练,导致研究生入学“零基础”的科研现状。本文以中医药与脑科学实验平台为例,从优化科研环境、形成管理模式、参与课题组活动、合作科研项目等方面对医学院校研究生“先谴兵”模式进行初探,对实施“先谴兵”模式获得的成果进行总结,为探索提高本科生科研素质的教学方式奠定基础。To solve the problem of low utilization of undergraduate research teaching resources in medical schools,lack of systematic learning among undergraduates,insufficient knowledge of scientific research,poor mastery of basic principles,core theories and experimental skills,and blind scientific research training despite scientific research interest,leading to the current situation of graduate students enrolled in the"zero basis"of scientific research.This paper takes the experimental platform of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy and brain science as an example,and carries out a preliminary exploration of the"advance troops"mode for postgraduates in medical schools from the aspects of optimizing the scientific research environment,forming the management mode,participating in the activities of the subject group,and cooperating in scientific research projects,etc.Summarizing the results obtained from the implementation of the"advance troops"mode are summarized,laying the foundation for exploring the teaching methods to improve the quality of undergraduates′scientific research.
