摘 要:目的研究通过调整不同剂量膳食纤维改善肠道菌群的构成对寄宿中学生饮食性肥胖的影响,为改善肥胖问题提供参考。方法选取寄宿学生284例,分为对照组和观察A组、B组、C组,开展对照研究。每日给予观察A组学生15g、观察B组学生25g、观察C组学生35g膳食纤维,为期6个月,比较各组学生的体质量、体质指数、腰围、血脂指标、肠道菌群等干预前后的数据变化,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,组间比较用t检验。结果与干预前相比,干预6个月后对照组学生的身体指标均有增加,观察A组和C组学生的身体指标增加幅度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.483、10.653、6.101,P<0.05);对照组学生的总胆固醇水平、极低密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白有所增加,观察组学生的上述指标未见明显变化,差异有统计学意义(t=35.025、14.591、30.376,P<0.05);对照组学生的高密度脂蛋白水平在干预前后差异无统计学意义(t=1.156、1.041,P>0.05);与干预前相比,对照组学生的肠道菌群含量无明显变化。观察A组学生的双歧杆菌含量、观察C组学生的产气荚膜梭菌含量、观察B组学生的双歧杆菌和乳酸菌含量有所增加,差异均有统计学意义(t=15.654、4.271、5.739,均P<0.05)。干预前后对照组和观察组学生的便秘率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.222,P<0.05)。结论膳食纤维对中学生肠道的有益菌群有调节作用,可有效改善其血脂指标,防止其体质量增加,避免肥胖。Objective To study the effects of the improvement of intestinal flora composition by adjusting different doses of dietary fiber on diet-induced obesity among boarding middle school students,and to provide reference for improving the obesity problem.Methods A total of 284 boarding students were selected and divided into a control group and A,B,and C observation groups for a control study.Students of A,B,and C observation groups received daily doses of 15g,25g,and 35g of dietary fiber,respectively,for six months.Changes in body mass,body mass index,waist circumference,plasma lipid levels,and intestinal flora before and after the intervention were compared between the groups of students.Rate comparisons were performed using the χ^(2)-test,and intergroup comparisons were conducted using the t-test.Results After six months of intervention,the physical indicators of students in the control group increased compared to pre-intervention levels.The increases in physical indicators of students for Groups A and C were smaller than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(t=2.483,10.653,6.101,P<0.05).The control group students showed increased levels of total cholesterol,very low-density lipoprotein(VLDL),and low-density lipoprotein(LDL),while the observation group of students showed no significant changes in the above indicators,with statistically significant differences(t=35.025,14.591,30.376,P<0.05).High-density lipoprotein(HDL)levels in the control group students did not show statistically significant differences before and after intervention(t=1.156,1.041,P>0.05).There was no significant change in the intestinal flora content of the control group students compared to the pre-intervention period.Increases in Bifidobacterium levels were observed in observation Group A students,Clostridium perfringens levels in observation Group C students,and Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus levels in observation Group B students,with statistically significant differences(t=15.654,4.271,5.739,all P<0.05).The
