护理实习生医院安全氛围感知与针刺伤知信行的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理实习生医院安全氛围感知与针刺伤知信行的关系,为提高护理实习生的医疗安全意识提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查方式,对安徽省某医院248名护理实习生展开调查。结果护理实习生医院安全氛围平均得分为81.69分,针刺伤KAP总分为130.03分,医院安全氛围总分及各维度得分与针刺伤KAP总分、态度部分、行为部分均呈正相关(P<0.01),与知识部分无相关性。结论护理实习生医院安全氛围感知与针刺伤KAP相关,且两者均存在较大的提升空间,可通过将医院安全氛围融入人性化管理中,减少护理实习生临床实习中的职业暴露。Objective To explore the relationship between nursing students'perception of hospital safety climate and their knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)for needle stick injuries,in order to provide reference for improving their awareness of medical safety.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 248 nursing students in a hospital in Anhui Province.Results The score of hospital safety climate of intern nursing students was 81.69 points,and the total score of KAP for needle stick injuries was 130.03.The total score and each dimension scores of hospital safety climate were positively correlated with the total score of KAP for needle stick injuries,attitude dimension and practice dimension(P<0.01),but not correlated with knowledge dimension.Conclusion The perception of hospital safety climate in intern nursing students is related to KAP for needle stick injuries,and both have significant room for improvement.By integrating hospital safety climate into humanized management,occupational exposure in clinical practice of nursing students can be reduced.
