民族地区国家通用语言文字教育公共产品供给的制约机制及其治理

摘  要:在民族地区推广普及国家通用语言文字是新时代党的民族工作的重要内容之一。本研究立足于公共产品供给视角,研究发现当前民族地区国家通用语言文字教育公共产品供给存在供给主体单一、教师资源供给不足、国家通用语言文字教育政策法规待普及与教育深度待深化等方面的问题。其主要受制于供给机制、管理机制和推广机制等制约机制影响。新时代,民族地区加强国家通用语言文字教育的公共产品供给应从构建多元供给新机制、完善教师管理机制、加强国家通用语言文字教育推广机制等方面进行。The popularization of the standard spoken and written Chinese language in ethnic areas is one of the important contents of the Party's ethnic work in the new era.Based on the perspective of the supply of public goods,this study finds that the supply of public goods of the standard spoken and written Chinese language education in ethnic areas has such problems as single supply subject,and insufficient supply of teacher resources.Besides,the national language policies and regulations should be popularized and the depth of education needs to be deepened.The supply of public goods is mainly subject to the supply mechanism,manage mechanism and promotion mechanism.In the new era,to strengthen the public good supply of standard spoken and written Chinese language education in ethnic minority areas,we should construct a new mechanism of multiple supply,improve the excellent mechanism of teacher management,and strengthen the promotion mechanism of standard spoken and written Chinese language education.
