摘 要:中国特色民族教育评价体系是中国建成世界水平的教育评价体系中不可或缺的一部分,具有多元主体共治且各发挥所长的新时代教育治理特征,能有效促进民族教育实现现代化发展,其内涵结构包括对政府民族教育工作评价有为履职和变通执行、对民族学校评价立德树人与内涵建设、对民族地区教师评价教育情怀与教书育人、对少数民族学生评价全面发展与潜能特长以及引导用人评价转向品德能力与岗位需求等。现行民族教育评价体系历经体系化摸索期、体系化建设期、专业化深化期三个阶段而逐渐成形,是建设中国特色民族教育评价体系的起点。基于现行民族教育评价体系积累的优势与存在的问题,对标民族教育现代化发展目标,从系统、整体的视角出发,提出建设中国特色民族教育评价体系必须在思想层面坚持和加强党对民族教育工作的全面领导,在认识论方面结合中国实际使民族教育评价回归教育本质,在方法论方面提出了面向现代化整体推进民族教育评价体系构建等方略。The ethnic education evaluation system with Chinese characteristics is an indispensable part of China's education evaluation system of the world level.It has the characteristics of educational governance in the new era with multiple subjects co-governing and each giving full play to its strengths,and can effectively promote the modernization of ethnic education.Its connotation structure includes the evaluation of the government's ethnic education work for performing their duties and flexible implementation,the evaluation of moral education and connotation construction of ethnic schools,the evaluation of education feelings and teaching of teachers in ethnic areas,the evaluation of the overall development and potential talents of minority students,and the guidance of employment evaluation to moral ability and post needs.The current evaluation system of ethnic education has been gradually shaped through three stages:systematic exploration,systematic construction,and professional deepening,and it is the starting point for the construction of the evaluation system of ethnic education with Chinese characteristics.Existing research on ethnic education evaluation focuses on the local content and single aspect of the system,while there are few studies on the ethnic education evaluation system from a global and holistic perspective.Based on the accumulated advantages and existing problems of the current national education evaluation system,targeting the development goal of modernization of national education,and starting from a systematic and holistic perspective,it is proposed that the construction of the evaluation system of national education with Chinese characteristics must adhere to and strengthen the Party's overall leadership of the work of national education at the ideological level,return the evaluation of national education to the essence of education by combining with the actual situation in China in epistemological aspect,and face modernization in methodological aspect.In terms of methodology,it should be orie
