摘　　要：“岗课赛证”综合育人是职业教育和用人单位这种产教融合发展的必然产物。其广泛的结合了生产产业、职业教育、职业技能竞赛以及“1+X”证书,使高职教育的学生产出更加适用于行业生产,使人才培养和市场人才需求深度适应融合,进一步构建了新时代高职院校人才培养的融合育人模式。本文主要通过对照“岗课赛证”综合育人的教育模式,针对该专业毕业生的高意愿就业岗位,论述了《城市轨道交通机电设备概论》课程在“岗课赛证”综合育人的教育背景下如何进行专业人才培养方案以及课程标准的制定,并且通过“岗课赛证”的相互融通,如何真正地做到以赛促教、以赛促学、以赛促改。The comprehensive education of"job course competition certifi cate"is an inevitable product of the integrated development of industry and education in vocational education and employers.It extensively combines production industries,vocational education,vocational skills competitions and"1+X"certifi cates,making the student output of higher vocational education more suitable for industry production,deeply adapting to the integration of talent training and market talent demand,and further building an integrated education model for talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.This article mainly compares the educational model of"job course competition certifi cate"comprehensive education,and discusses the"Introduction to Urban Rail Transit Mechanical and Electrical Equipment"course in the"job course competition certifi cate"comprehensive education model for the high-desire employment positions of graduates of this major.How to formulate professional talent training programs and curriculum standards in the educational context,and how to truly promote teaching,learning,and reform through competition through the integration of"job-course competition certifi cates"are discussed.
