摘　　要：本研究旨在深入探讨车身修复专业“七步循环法人才选拔与培养方案”的有效性和可行性。通过对该方案的全面分析与实践,揭示其在人才选拔和培养过程中的优势与不足,为提升车身修复专业人才培养质量提供有力的参考依据。研究结果表明,“七步循环法人才选拔与培养方案”能够高效地选拔出具有潜力的学生,并通过系统的培养过程显著提升其专业技能和综合素质。The purpose of this study is to explore the eff ectiveness and feasibility of the"seven-step cycle method talent selection and training program"in the body repair major.Through the comprehensive analysis and practice of the program,the advantages and disadvantages of the program in the process of talent selection and training are revealed,which provides a strong reference for improving the training quality of body repair professionals.The results show that the"seven-step circular talent selection and training program"can effi ciently select potential students,and signifi cantly improve their professional skills and comprehensive quality through a systematic training process.
