摘　　要：本文聚焦于高职院校焊接专业通过产教深度融合,实现教育链和人才链与产业链和创新链的有效衔接,围绕实施产教融合“全生态链战略”,在专业方向凝练、人才培养方案制定、双师型队伍建设、教材改革、实训实践机制健全以及职业认知与工匠精神培育等方面对行业企业参与焊接专业教育的策略和路径进行深入研究,构建了一套适应产业发展需求、促进学生全面发展的育人体系。This article focuses on the welding specialty in higher vocational colleges through the deep integration of industry and education to achieve the eff ective link of education chain,talent chain,industry chain and innovation chain.3Around the implementation of the integration of industry and education,"The whole ecological chain strategy",in this paper,the strategies and paths for enterprises to participate in the professional education of welding are deeply studied in the aspects of professional direction condensation,personnel training plan formulation,Double-teacher team construction,teaching material reform,perfect practice mechanism,professional cognition and craftsman spirit cultivation,etc,a set of educational system is constructed to meet the needs of industrial development and to promote the all-round development of students.
