摘 要:混合式教学是一种结合传统课堂与现代信息技术的教学模式,有助于优化教学效果和学生学习体验。但是,当前城市轨道交通安全管理课程教学仍存在课程内容更新滞后、教学方法单一、实践环节不足、考核方式单一等问题。对此,教师可从课前预习导向、课中互动强化、课后持续学习三个方面入手,构建完善的知识体系和教学框架,促进学生自主学习和个性化学习,提升实际操作技能和应急反应能力。通过理论与实践相结合,达到增强学生专业素养和综合能力,培养符合行业需求的高素质人才的效果。Blended teaching is a teaching mode that combines traditional classroom and modern information technology,which is helpful to optimize the teaching eff ect and student learning experience.However,there are still some problems in the current teaching of urban rail transit safety management,such as lagging course content update,single teaching method,insuffi cient practice link,and single assessment method.In this regard,teachers can start from three aspects:pre-class preview orientation,in-class interaction reinforcement,and after-class continuous learning,to build a complete knowledge system and teaching framework,promote students'independent learning and personalized learning,and improve practical skills and emergency response capabilities.Through the combination of theory and practice,it can enhance students'professional quality and comprehensive ability,and cultivate highquality talents that meet the needs of the industry.
