摘 要:新中国中小学教科书编写事关学生知识结构打造与“三观”建设,事关国家意志的贯彻与落实及中国统一多民族国家的形成与发展。作为学校课程的物质载体,教科书在传播主流意识形态、建立政治文化秩序、树立共同价值观等方面发挥极其重要的作用。新中国教科书编写工作从继承解放区传统起步,经历了从全面学习苏联到逐渐中国化、本土化的转变,在教科书编写框架、编写流程、编写人才培养等方面向着中国式现代化方向不断努力。未来中小学教科书编写要在中国特色高质量教材体系的框架下,坚持高质量发展的建设理念,在突出意识形态的前提下回归育人导向,在尊重教育规律的基础上突出学习需要,在体现时代要求的同时展现民族特色,高度关注技术进步带来的机遇与挑战,更好发挥其在教育改革中的关键作用。The editing of textbooks for primary and secondary schools in the People's Republic of China is closely related to the shaping of students'knowledge structure and the construction of their worldviews,as well as the implementation of the state's will and the formation and development of a unified multi-ethnic nation.As the material carrier of school curricula,textbooks play a crucial role in disseminating mainstream ideology,establishing political cultural order,and fostering common values.The editing of textbooks in the People's Republic of China started from inheriting the tradition of the liberated areas and went through a transition from fully learning from the Soviet Union to gradually Chinesization and localization.It has been striving towards China-style modernization in terms of textbook compilation framework,editing process,and the cultivation of editorial personnel.In the future,the editing of textbooks for primary and secondary schools should adhere to the concept of building a textbook powerhouse,prioritize the ideological orientation while returning to the orientation of cultivating people,respect the laws of education while highlighting the needs of learning,reflect the requirements of the times while showcasing national features,and pay close attention to the opportunities and challenges brought by technological progress,so as to play a more critical role in educational reform.
