摘  要:随着现代职业教育体系建设改革推进,对高等职业教育高素质“双师型”队伍建设提出了具体而迫切的发展要求。教师专业标准反映教师专业发展行为规范,体现了教师专业素养与能力的核心标准,在教师职业生涯不同阶段有导向作用。通过厘清职业教育领域“双师型”教师专业理论框架与要素,梳理教师专业标准发展脉络,探析高职院校“双师型”教师在理论教学与实践方面综合能力特征,提出教师发展支持策略建议。With the advancement of the reform of the modern vocational education system,specific and urgent development requirements have been put forward for the construction of a high-quality“double-position”teacher team in higher vocational education.Teacher professional standards reflect the behavioral norms of teacher professional development,embody the core standards of teacher professional competence and ability,and have a guiding role in different stages of teacher career.This article clarifies the theoretical framework and elements of the“double-position”teachers in the field of vocational education,sorts out the development of teacher professional standards,explores the comprehensive ability characteristics of“double-position”teachers in theoretical teaching and practice in vocational colleges,and proposes supporting strategies for teacher development.
