三全育人视域下基于OBE职业教育课程建设探索

摘  要:本文旨在探讨如何将成果导向教育(OBE)理念,以改革中等职业学校的《汽车机械基础》课程,且课程思政已经成为教学中的常态化建设任务。以学生的学习成果为核心的教育模式,反向设计教学内容和教学过程,该理念的核心在于明确学生在学习过程中应该达到的能力目标,提升专业能力过程中塑造学生的品德素质,教师在传道授业的同时引领价值塑造。本文以汽车机械基础课程为例,重构课程教学目标,构建全员、全程、全方位的育人格局形式,实现“立德树人”根本任务,达到润物无声的育人效果。The purpose of this paper is to explore how to reform the Fundamentals of Automotive Machinery course in secondary vocational schools by applying the concept of Outcome-based Education(OBE),and the course ideology and politics has become a normal construction task in teaching and teaching.The education model takes students'learning outcomes as the core,and reversely designs the teaching content and teaching process.The core of the concept is to clarify the ability goals that students should achieve in the learning process,shape the moral quality of students in the process of improving professional ability,and lead the value shaping while teaching teachers.This paper takes the basic course of automotive mechanics as an example to reconstruct the teaching objectives of the course,construct a full-staff,whole-process,and all-round education pattern,realize the fundamental task of"cultivating people with virtue",and achieve the effect of moisturizing things silently.
