摘 要:技工院校钳工实训教学面临转型升级需求,智能化教学改革势在必行。实践探索建立智能化实训平台,融合多传感器数据采集、图像识别、云计算等技术手段。通过智能设备监测学生操作行为,分析技能掌握情况。实验结果显示学生操作规范性明显提升,工件质量显著提高,学习效率持续改善。智能化教学模式激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生自主学习能力,提升教学质量。实践证明智能化实训教学改革路径可行,为技工院校实训教学创新提供新思路。The practical training and teaching of fitters in technical colleges is facing the needs of transformation and upgrading,and the reform of intelligent teaching is imperative.The study explores the establishment of an intelligent training platform,integrating multi-sensor data collection,image recognition,cloud computing and other technical means to monitor students’operating behavior and analyze skill mastery through smart devices.The experimental results show that the students'operation standardization is significantly improved,the quality of the workpiece is significantly improved,and the learning efficiency is continuously improved.The intelligent teaching mode stimulates students'interest in learning,cultivates students'independent learning ability,and improves the quality of teaching.Practice has proved that the reform path of intelligent training and teaching is feasible,and provides new ideas for the innovation of training and teaching in technical colleges.
