摘  要:本文聚焦中职汽修专业一体化教学模式。开篇点明一体化教学是中职教改关键方向,针对当下汽修专业教学与岗位脱节、方法欠佳等问题,阐述构建一体化模式的必要。剖析其特征,包括教学内容源于真实工作、围绕任务展开、场所灵活开放、评价多元过程性等。随后深入分析中职汽修教学现存弊端,进而提出构建策略,如依工作过程设计内容、创新组织形式、强化校企合作、完善评价体系,旨在助力汽修人才培养革新。This paper focuses on the integrated teaching mode of secondary vocational auto repair.The beginning points out that integrated teaching is the key direction of secondary vocational education reform,and expounds the necessity of building an integrated model in view of the current problems such as the disconnection between the teaching of automobile repair and the post and the poor method.The characteristics of the teaching were analyzed,including that the teaching content is derived from real work,centered on tasks,flexible and open places,and multiple processes of evaluation.Then,the existing shortcomings of secondary vocational auto repair teaching were deeply analyzed,and then construction strategies were proposed,such as designing content according to the work process,innovating organizational forms,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,and improving the evaluation system,aiming to help the training and innovation of auto repair talents.
