摘　　要：核富集转录本1(NEAT1)属于长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)。LncRNA在真核细胞中扮演着多重角色,并在哺乳动物细胞中表达广泛。LncRNA NEAT1可以通过参与核旁斑的形成、调节信号通路等多种方式来调节基因的表达。因此,它在炎症反应、免疫反应、细胞的增殖和分化等生理和病理过程中起到关键作用,并与多种疾病的发生和发展有着紧密的联系。本文对LncRNA NEAT1的基本情况、其在口腔颌面疾病中的功能机制以及最新的研究进展进行全面的综述。Nuclear paraspeckle assembly transcript 1(NEAT1)belongs to long non-coding RNA(LncRNA),which plays multiple roles in eukaryotic cells and is widely expressed in mammalian cells.LncRNA NEAT1 can regulate gene expression through various mechanisms such as participating in the formation of nuclear plaques and regulating signaling pathways.Therefore,it plays a key role in physiological and pathological processes such as inflammation,immune response,cell proliferation and differentiation,and is closely related to the occurrence and development of various diseases.This article provides a comprehensive review of the basic situation of LncRNA NEAT1,its functional mechanism in oral and maxillofacia l diseases,and the latest research progress.
