摘 要:目的 探讨“虚实结合,以虚补实”混合式教学模式在医学机能学实验教学中的应用效果。方法 采用随机数表法将2024年3—6月昌吉职业技术学院护理专业高职学生106名分为2组(试验组和对照组),每组各53名。对照组实施传统实验教学方式,试验组选用“虚实结合,以虚补实”的教学方式,比较两组学生的实验考核成绩,通过调查问卷了解学生的学习效果和教师的教学效果。结果 试验组的实验考核成绩高于对照组(P <0.05),学生和教师均认可“虚实结合,以虚补实”混合式教学模式参与实验教学。结论 虚拟仿真实验虽能够为医学机能学实验教学提供便捷和丰富的教学资源,仍不能完全取代传统实验教学方式,两者需取长补短,相辅相成,以提升教学效果,提高教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of a hybrid teaching model of"virtual-real combination,augmenting reality with virtuality"in the experimental teaching of medical function.Methods A total of 106 vocational nursing students in Changji Vocational and Technical College from March to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups(test group and control group)using the randomized numerical table method,with 53 students in each group.The control group was taught using traditional experimental teaching methods,while the test group employed a"virtual-real combination,augmenting reality with virtuality"teaching method.The experimental assessment scores of the two groups were compared.Questionnaires were used to understand the learning effects of students and the teaching effects of teachers.Results The experimental assessment score was higher in the test group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Both students and teachers recognized the use of the hybrid teaching model of"virtual-real combination,augmenting reality with virtuality"in experimental teaching.Conclusion Although virtual simulation experiments can provide convenient and rich teaching resources for experimental teaching of medical function,they cannot completely replace traditional experimental teaching methods.Both methods should complement each other to enhance the teaching effect and improve teaching quality.
