摘 要:教育家精神培育具有重要意义,它是教师人格完善的必然要求,是教育职业发展的重要保证,是教育强国建设的有力措施。教育家精神培育需要相应的根基作支撑,其主要支撑包括历史根基、理论根基和现实根基。教育家精神培育还需要构建相应机制来落到实处,按照知情意行培育规律,可构建认同机制、情感机制、自律机制、行为机制。The cultivation of the spirit of educators is of great significance,as it is an inherent re-quirement for the perfection of teachers’personalities,an important guarantee for the development of the teaching profession,and a robust measure for building a leading country in education.To effectively cultivate the spirit of educators,several foundational supports are needed,including historical,theoreti-cal,and realistic foundations.Additionally,the cultivation of the spirit of educators also requires the construction and implementation of specific mechanisms.According to the principles of cultivating knowledge,emotions,intentions,and actions,a recognition mechanism,an emotional mechanism,a self-discipline mechanism,and a behavior mechanism can be constructed.
