摘  要:发展新质生产力是推动中国特色社会主义现代化建设的内在要求与核心着力点,而打造适应时代发展需求的新型劳动者队伍是培育和发展新质生产力的第一要素。职业院校作为高精尖技术型人才的孵化基地,要以“高质量发展”为导向,结合“新质生产力”对人才的具体要求,创新人才培养模式。目前,职业教育在服务新质生产力中还存在着育人观念需要革新、产教融合程度不足及人才培养效果滞后等问题,阻碍了新质生产力的进一步发展。基于此,本文根据高质量职业教育服务新质生产力的理论逻辑,提出高质量职业教育服务新质生产力的创新路径。Developing new quality productive forces is the inherent requirement and core focus of promoting socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,and building a new type of labor force to meet the development needs of The Times is the first element of cultivating and developing new quality productive forces.As an incubation base for advanced and sophisticated technical talents,vocational colleges should be guided by"high-quality development",combined with the specific requirements of"new quality productivity"for talents,and innovate the training mode of talents.At present,there are still some problems in high quality vocational education in serving the new quality productivity,such as the need to innovate the concept of educating people,the lack of integration of production and education and the lagging effect of personnel training,which hinder the further development of the new quality productivity.Based on this,this paper will first elaborate the logic of high-quality vocational education services of new quality productivity,analyze the current situation of high-quality vocational education services of new quality productivity,and on this basis,put forward the innovation path of high-quality vocational education services of new quality productivity.
