摘  要:为更好地服务国家发展战略与地方经济社会发展,文中立足陕西省能源化工、装备制造尤其是新能源汽车等重点产业链和产业集群发展对物流人才培养的需求,对物流工程专业建设进行了研究。梳理了物流提质增效降本、物流业与产业融合高质量发展涉及的课程体系。按照新时期人才培养要求,落实立德树人根本任务,突出需求导向,优化课程体系,构建“思政”与多维度激励的人才培养模式,明确物流工程人才培养的目标与愿景,激励学生学习主动性与成长内生动力,深化人才培养改革,推动形成产学合作开放融合的协同育人机制。To better serve the national development strategy and local economic and social development,this paper studies the logistics engineering specialty construction based on the demand of logistics talent cultivation for the development of key industry chain and industrial cluster in Shaanxi Province,such as energy and chemical engineering industry,equipment manufacturing industry and especially new energy vehicles industry.The related curriculum system referred to logistics quality improvement,efficiency enhancement,cost reduction,and high-quality development of logistics industry & industry integration is summarized.Considering the requirements of talent cultivation in the new era,implementing the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and talent,highlighting demand orientation,the curriculum system is optimized and the talent cultivation pattern of ideological and political education integrating multi-dimensional motivation is set up,the talent cultivation goals and vision of logistics engineering is determined,the learning initiative and intrinsic motivation for students are inspired,the reform of talent cultivation is optimized,so as to promote the formation of the collaborative education mechanism of industry university cooperation openness and integration.
