摘　　要：从文献考据、字义辨析角度,对《黄帝内经》中急脉、悬脉、坚脉、搏脉和鼓脉加以考释。急脉脉道拘急,与弦脉、紧脉相近,是反映脉管紧张度的脉象,主肝病、寒证、痛证。以悬言脉,既指与常脉大相迥异的脉象,多为真脏脉;又可作为特定脉象,其象有“悬空无根”“动摇无力”等说法。坚脉脉管硬度增加,指下不柔,是反映脉管硬度的脉象,多见于气滞、寒凝、食积、热盛等邪气有余之证,亦可见于阴亏。搏脉是反映脉来搏动应指感的脉象,多见于阳盛火旺、阴虚阳亢、肝气有余等。鼓脉是强调脉管外鼓、膨出的脉象,为脉气过亢或脉气趋于外所致,多见于气血不通、阴虚阳亢、火热等。Through research on literatures and words,this paper verifies and reveals the meaning and clinical significance of contracture pulse,suspended pulse,hard pulse,pulsate pulse,swelling pulse in Huangdi Neijing.It points out that contracture pulse reflects the tensity of vessels.The tension of it seems to be between the wiry pulse and the tight pulse.It is in charge of liver diseases,cold syndromes and pain syndromes.Suspended pulse has two meanings:One refers to extremely different pulse from the normal,the other refers to be a certain pulse which was described as"shaking lack of energy","hanging with no roots".Hard pulse reflects the hardness of vessels,which means hard sense under the fingers.It is more common in syndromes of excess pathogen like qi stagnation,cold coagulation,food accumulation,intense heat and so on.It is also seen in yin deficiency.Pulsate pulse reflects the sensation of beating fingers.It is mostly seen in yang exuberance with effulgent fire,yin deficiency with yang hyperactivity,liver qi excess and so on.Swelling pulse emphasizes the vessels are bulging and swelling,which is caused by hyperactivity of pulse qi or pulse qi is being pushed out.It is common in syndrome of obstruction of qi and blood,yin deficiency with yang hyperactivity,fire excess.
