摘  要:依托土木工程一流学科,提出“重基础、强能力、突创新”的培养理念,注重基础课程改革,拓宽研究生国际化视野,提升科研成果质量,结合一流学科,探索土木工程人才跨越式发展的培养模式,重点解决土木工程专业研究生教育所面临的高水平科研论文数量较少、国际化视野拓宽力度不足、特色留学生培养模式缺乏的问题。实践证明“重基础、强能力、突创新”的培养理念与模式可显著提升土木工程专业研究生培养质量与科研创新能力,为西部高校土木工程创新型人才培养提供借鉴经验。Relying on the first-class discipline of civil engineering,the cultivation concept of"emphasizing foundation,strengthening abilities,and highlighting innovation"was proposed,and the cultivation mode for the leapfrog development of civil engineering talents was explored by reforming basic courses,expanding the international perspective of graduate students,improving the quality of scientific research results and combining with first-class disciplines.The main problems during the graduate education in civil engineering were solved,such as a small number of high-level scientific research papers,insufficient efforts to broaden international perspectives,and a lack of distinctive training modes for international students.It has been proven from practice that the cultivation concept and mode of"emphasizing foundation,strengthening ability,and sudden innovation"have significantly improved the quality and scientific research innovation ability of civil engineering graduate students,providing reference experience for the cultivation of innovative civil engineering talents in western universities.
