“三全育人”模式下农林院校劳动教育路径探索

摘  要:为研究“三全育人”模式下农林院校劳动教育的实施路径,该文基于该模式的核心理念和农林院校的教育特点,分析劳动教育在增强学生实践能力、创新精神、社会责任感方面的重要价值,探讨当前农林院校在劳动教育课程设置、实践教学环节及产教融合方面存在的不足。并进一步提出完善课程体系、加强实践教学及推进产教融合等具体实施路径,旨在全面提升农林院校劳动教育的质量与效果,培养出更多符合社会需求的创新型、实用型人才。In order to study the implementation path of labor education in agricultural and forestry colleges under the"Three-Whole Education"model,based on the core concepts of this model and the educational characteristics of agricultural and forestry colleges,this paper analyzes the important value of labor education in enhancing students'practical ability,innovative spirit,and sense of social responsibility,and discusses the current shortcomings in agricultural and forestry colleges in labor education curriculum,practical teaching procedures,and integration of industry and education.It further proposes specific implementation paths such as improving the curriculum system,strengthening practical teaching,and promoting the integration of industry and education,aiming to comprehensively improve the quality and effectiveness of labor education in agricultural and forestry colleges and cultivate more innovative and practical talents who meet the needs of society.
