摘  要:针对双有源桥(DAB)变换器传统模型预测控制(MPC)负载电压性能对系统采样噪声较为敏感以及输出纹波较大的问题,提出一种DAB变换器无电流传感器调制模型预测控制方法。所提方法通过使用全阶滑模观测器,构建系统观测模型,在每个控制周期实时观测系统负载电流和电压,抑制了采样噪声的影响,消除了电流传感器的使用,降低了硬件成本;此外,所提方法将传统MPC方法与无差拍控制思想相结合,实时计算每个控制周期的最优移相角,提高了移相角计算准确性,降低了负载电压纹波。所提方法可以实时观测DAB系统负载电流和电压,消除了电流传感器,抑制了采样噪声的影响,降低了电压预测误差,改善了电压性能。最后,通过实验和仿真验证了所提方法的有效性和优越性。To solve the problem that the load voltage performance of conventional model predictive control(MPC)for dual active bridge(DAB)converter is sensitive to system sampling noise and has large output ripples,a current-sensorless modulated model predictive control method was proposed for DAB converter.The system observation model was constructed by a full-order sliding mode observer in proposed method,and the load current and voltage of the system were observed in real time in each control period.The influence of sampling noise was suppressed,the use of current sensor was eliminated,and the hardware cost was reduced.In addition,the proposed method combines conventional MPC method with the idea of deadbeat control to calculate the optimal phase shift angle of each control period,which improves the accuracy of optimal phase shift angle calculation and reduces the load voltage ripple.The proposed method can observe the load current and voltage of DAB system in real time,eliminate the current sensor,suppress the influence of sampling noise,reduce the voltage predictive error and improve the voltage performance.Finally,effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are verified by experiments and simulations.
