摘  要:目的评价PBL教学结合叙事医学对临床本科见习生人文精神培养的影响。方法选取昆明医科大学临床医学四年级学生为研究对象,分为观察组23人和对照组24人。对照组学生接受传统PLB教学方式教学,观察组学生在常规见习教学的基础上增加叙事教学。通过精细阅读、平行病历、反思性写作开展叙事教学。运用杰斐逊共情量表检测学生的共情能力,采用SEGUE量表对医患沟通能力进行评估,比较2组的评估结果。结果观察组共情能力得分和沟通能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学结合叙事医学有助于提高临床医学生的共情能力,值得在医学生的临床见习教学中推广应用。Objective To evaluate the impact of PBL teaching combined with narrative medicine on the cultivation of humanistic spirit among clinical undergraduate interns.Methods The fourth grade clinical medicine students of Kunming Medical University were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group 23 and control group 24.The control group students received routine clinical internship teaching,while the observation group students added narrative teaching on the basis of routine internship teaching.Narrative teaching was carried out through refinement reading,parallel medical records and reflective writing.Jefferson Empathy Scale was used to test the students empathy ability,SEGUE Scale was used to evaluate doctor-patient communication ability,and the evaluation results of the two groups were compared.Results The score of empathy ability and communication ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions PBL teaching combined with narrative medicine can improve the empathy ability of clinical medical students,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical probation teaching for medical students.
